In Episode 39 of the DEEP Dive, Dr Sajjan Gohel speaks with Paul Ash, the New Zealand Special Representative on Cyber and Digital as well as the Christchurch Call and Cyber Coordinator in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.
In this episode Sajjan and Paul talk about the Christchurch Call which was established in the aftermath of the 2019 Christchurch terrorist attack in New Zealand. It represented a pioneering collaborative effort between governments, tech companies, and civil society to try and prevent terrorists from using social media to amplify their attacks.
