NATO DEEP Tunisia ADL hands-on workshop

From November 11 to 15, 2024, the Basic Virtual Content Creation Training, conducted by NATO DEEP eAcademy Subject Matter Experts (SME), was held in Tunisia. It was attended by 15 participants from key military institutions, including the Land Army Staff, Naval Staff, Higher Military School, General Department of Signalling and Media, Defense Intelligence and Security Agency, Air Force Staff, Military Higher Education and Scientific Research Department. The workshop equipped participants with essential skills to create engaging and interactive virtual content using cutting-edge tools like Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise. Key objectives of the workshop included mastering content creation techniques, integrating multimedia elements, leveraging AI tools, and applying the ADDIE Model for effective content planning and design. The training also emphasized practical exercises to ensure hands-on experience in creating professional e-learning content. Apart from meeting key objectives, participants gained advanced skills in storytelling, visual design, and interactive content creation. Participants learned to design immersive multimedia content and developed teamwork and project management capabilities. Ethical considerations, such as copyright and privacy, were also addressed. This impactful training has empowered participants to apply these skills in future projects, enhancing educational and training capabilities across partner institutions.
