The Basic ILIAS Administrator course was completed online as part of the second cycle of training programmes aimed at strengthening the distance learning system within the Tunisian Armed Forces. Held from September 16th to 19th, 2024, the course aimed to provide participants with foundational knowledge and skills necessary for the effective administration and use of the ILIAS learning management system. Key topics included user management, course creation and management, content organization, and system configuration. Of the 14 participants, 12 completed the course and have been nominated for the upcoming Advanced ILIAS Administrator course. The participants showed strong engagement and interest in the material, preparing them to apply their newly gained expertise more effectively in future educational initiatives.
