The NATO Annual Discipline Forum (ADF) took place in Mons Belgium, February 17-20 2025. With approximately 200 attendees, the event featured a representative from NATO’s Defence Education Enhancement Programme (DEEP). This event was the first part of the Global Programming annual cycle, bringing the Requirement Authorities (RA, as setting the E&T requirements), the Department Heads (finding solutions to the requirements) and the NATO and partner training centres (providing the training). This event was also the first time the PTEC (Partnership Training & Education Centres) marketplace was held as part of the meeting as well as the PTEC Working Group. Allied Command Transformation led the event with SHAPE and NATO HQ support. This well-attended event enabled all aspects of the management and delivery of NATO education and training to be discussed and ensured the training provided remains up to-date and relevant to the intended audience.
