The Advanced ILIAS Administrator Course was conducted for Iraqi military institution personnel from February 10 to 13, 2025. NATO DEEP organized the workshop to deepen Iraqi administrators’ understanding of advanced system configurations, user management, and course administration.
Throughout the workshop, participants familiarized themselves with effective administration, course creation, content organization, and troubleshooting techniques. Emphasis was placed on customizing the platform to meet specific institutional requirements and implementing best practices for optimizing ILIAS within military education frameworks.
By the end of the course, attendees had strengthened their ability to administer ILIAS, ensuring a smoother user experience and greater adaptability for their organizations.
As part of the initiative to enhance the digital education capabilities of Iraqi institutions, NMI officially handed over the Content Creation Kit to the Iraqi E-learning Centre. The kit was equipped with the necessary equipment for content creation to enhance the creation of educational materials for the Iraqi E-learning Portal, further supporting the development of high-quality digital learning materials.
