The NATO BILC website has been enhanced with a new chatbot feature – BILC Assistant. This interactive tool provides users with an intuitive and immediate way to access answers to frequently asked questions. Developed to improve the overall user experience and simplify access to key information, the chatbot responds to inquiries related to BILC’s mission, activities, publications, language training, and working groups. The solution was introduced by the NATO DEEP eAcademy IT team.
