The NATO DEEP eAcademy e-Instructor Certification Programme, subject number 6, “E-teacher and e-learning team – competencies and tasks,” has concluded. This topic explained the roles and duties of the e-Learning Team while also outlining the steps in the review process. Additionally, the students learned how to create an outline for their e-learning project and an e-learning project plan. Two SMEs served as the subject’s instructors: Gigi Roman and Alin Bodescu.
SMEs expertly guided participants through the intricacies of e-teacher roles and the collaborative dynamics of an e-learning team. The subject emphasized the competencies required for effective e-learning delivery and the critical tasks necessary for successful online education. Throughout the course, participants were introduced to the essential steps in reviewing e-learning projects, and ensuring high-quality and impactful digital education experiences. They also developed practical skills in outlining and planning their e-learning projects, equipping them with the tools to design structured and comprehensive educational programs.
As Subject 6 concludes, participants are now well-prepared to enhance their contributions to e-learning teams. The programme continues to advance educators’ skills, fostering a collaborative and competent e-learning environment.
