An important part of this event was practical training focused on using VR tools in military education. The workshop was also an opportunity to discuss global trends within virtual reality and serious gaming fields. The goals of the workshop were achieved, and it is possible to formulate the assessment that the event could be perceived as an important step forward in developing VR competencies in accordance with the requests and the specificity of the Ukrainian HMES. On 13-14 July, the Ukrainian delegation attended the GETES Foundation summit, delivering the presentation “Virtual Reality for Officers’ Training”, sharing Ukrainian experiences and needs for application of new technologies in areas of education and training. More about the event at: https://deepportal.hq.nato.int/eacademy/main-page/introducing-the-global-standards-for-the-new-technologies-and-serious-gaming/
