08-09 November, ADL oriented coordination session was held in Tunis, as the in person event organised within the frames of the NATO DEEP Tunisia programme. One of the key objectives of the event was to discuss the planning options for the future development of the distance learning system solutions in the Tunisian Armed Forces. The undertaking saw the participation of the NATO DEEP eAcademy expert and ten representatives from the Transmission and Information General Directorate (DGTI) of the Tunisia Ministry of Defense. Through discussions and the exchange of ideas, a roadmap for 2024 was formulated. It was agreed upon that the LMS ILIAS platform will be introduced as the primary solution for the Tunisian AF. With the assistance of specialists from NATO DEEP eAcademy, the upcoming endeavors aim to train two groups of ten participants each, still by the end of the year.
