The DEEP team’s Annual Review visit took place from March 24-28, 2024 in Ulaanbaatar. During the meetings, the previous activities were summarized and a proposal was prepared for activities in the next year. The ADL area was within the scope of discussions and attention of representatives of military education in Mongolia. New technologies are affecting the face of the military education system therefore it is necessary to develop digital competence in teachers and instructors. During the visit, the NATO DEEP delegation met with representatives of the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff. A number of discussions were held on the development of military education. A series of consultations were held at the Mongolian National Defense University on the development of digital competencies and the importance of e-learning for effective instructor training.
