International Conference on National Security featured Armenian and NATO DEEP eAcademy delegation

Two NATO DEEP eAcademy SMEs and the Armenian delegation participated as keynote speakers during the Ist International Scientific Conference entitled “Crucial determinant factors of national security on a global, local, regional scale”. The event organised in a hybrid mode gathered 33 speakers from countries such as Armenia, Ukraine, Italy, Germany and Poland. Among the scientific centres represented were: Military Academy of Armenia (Armenia), National Defense Research University – NDRU (Armenia), The National Defence University of Ukraine (Ukraine), Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (Ukraine), West Ukrainian National University (Ukraine), University of Bari Aldo Moro (Italy), University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, University of Bialystok, WSPIA Rzeszowska Szkoła Wyższa, University of Social Sciences in Warsaw, Christian Academy of Theology in Warsaw, Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, Military Academy of Technology, Rev. Jerzy Popiełuszko in Grudziądz, Police Academy in Szczytno.

During Panel I the presentations on the following topics were delivered: (1) NATO DEEP Armenia – Update; (2) Military Academy within the HMES of Armenia. Experiences and recommendations; (3) Military Academy of Armenia – Innovative Solutions ADL based; (4) NDRU within the HMES of Armenia. Experiences and recommendations; (5) e-Instructor Certification Programme as the NATO DEEP eAcademy Flagship Project; (6) Computer Adaptive Language Testing (CALT) Solution – update.

This conference also provided an occasion for the Armenian delegation to meet online General Ernest Beno, a former NATO DEEP Armenia Academic Leader, who delivered a speech on NATO DEEP Armenia – lessons learned and experiences from the academic leader perspective.
