An ADL seminar on “Team Building and ADL Best Practices” was conducted virtually, between November 17-19 with participants from Azerbaijan. NATO DEEP eAcademy was represented by Danuta Pietraszkiewicz, Katarzyna Kulla and Artur Starosz. The aim of the event was to better understand the roles and responsibilities of ADL team members and introduce relevant topics to support the e-learning development process. The first day of the event covered topics such as new technologies in military education and the ADDIE model. The second day continued on new technologies, but in the work of the ADL team and by sharing best practices on e-learning in military education. The third day covered tools and software for creating e-learning content and discussing the challenges of ADL teams. The participants were actively involved in the training and expressed their desire to attend future ADL workshops offered by the NATO DEEP eAcademy. Thanks to the training, the participants now have access to the DEEP Portal hosted by NATO DEEP and are fully operational as e-teachers.
