The NATO DEEP ADL Portal has undergone another significant system update aimed at further enhancing the stability, performance, and security of the e-learning environment. The update included the upgrade of the LMS ILIAS platform to version 10.5, along with the harmonization of key system components to ensure full compatibility and optimal operation.
The work was primarily technical and developmental in nature, focusing on strengthening the overall reliability of the platform and improving user experience. The new LMS ILIAS 10.5 version introduces a range of functional and technological enhancements, including further modernization of the user interface, improved navigation ergonomics, and enhanced responsiveness for mobile device usage.
The update also expands content management capabilities, improves the handling of tests, assignments, and grading processes, and optimizes the loading time of educational materials.
