On November 8th, participants completed Module 3: Methodology of Online Teaching. Throughout this module, they explored how to adapt traditional face-to-face instructional methods, activities, and tools to an online environment. They also examined key theories, concepts, and models related to adult learning in e-learning settings, applied the ADDIE instructional design model to practical scenarios, and used Problem-Based Learning to address challenges in lessons, courses, or learner engagement.
With Module 3 completed, participants now continue their learning journey in Module 4, which focuses on strengthening their skills in Active Learning Techniques.
