The NATO DEEP eAcademy SMEs conducted a comprehensive two-week online workshop designed for Ukrainian participants, focusing on the integration of multimedia tools within a military educational environment. This digital programme utilized a highly practical and interactive methodology, incorporating hands-on activities and collaborative learning to ensure participants could master the principles of creating and implementing digital media. Throughout the duration of the course, participants received personalized guidance and individual support from subject matter experts, which allowed them to explore best practices for content creation and effective distribution strategies tailored to their professional roles. The core objectives of the workshop were to equip participants with the digital competencies necessary to produce high-quality podcasts and videocasts for didactic training, training work, and personal brand-building. By focusing on the acquisition of these skills, the programme enabled attendees to develop engaging multimedia content for both educational and professional purposes within their specific military contexts. The successful achievement of these goals was reflected in the final presentations, where every participant successfully completed two multimedia projects, and the positive feedback received emphasized the importance of the practical, individual approach offered by the trainers.
