Subject #5 of the NATO DEEP eAcademy e-Instructor Certification Programme (edition #2): E-learning specificity – synchronous teaching has successfully ended. During this subject, tutors focused on the specifications of synchronous teaching, and when it should be used. Distinguishing the benefits and managing potential problems of synchronous learning and how to implement synchronous teaching in students’ projects. Tutors of this subject were two SME’s: representing the NATO DEEP eAcademy: Justyna Kowalczys and Danuta Pietraszkiewicz. For the next two weeks, the participants will face a new subject: E-teacher and e-learning team – competencies and tasks.
