On the 2nd of October, the inauguration ceremony of the “e-Instructor Certification Programme” took place. The activity, as a new NATO DEEP eAcademy initiative, will run fully online and 22 participants from the following twelve – NATO and Partner countries – are involved in Edition#1: Azerbaijan, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Estonia, Georgia, Iraq, Lithuania, Moldova, Mongolia, Morocco, North Macedonia, Poland, and Ukraine.
The academic programme, from October 2021 to February 2022, consists of the following subjects: (1) Introduction to Advanced Distributed Learning. (2) Methodology of distance learning, (3) Introduction to Learning Management Systems, (4) E-learning specificity: asynchronous teaching, (5) E-learning specificity: synchronous teaching, (6) E-teacher and e-learning team – competencies and tasks, (7) Multimedia creation – podcast, videocast, (8) Innovative technologies in online teaching, (8) Copyright & GDPR. The subjects of the programme will be conducted by the faculty members and SMEs from NATO DEEP eAcademy and other partner institutions.
