On February 1-2, representatives from Tunisian Naval Academy and the War College participated in an online workshop on the possibilities of using e-learning solutions in the training process. At the beginning of the meeting, participants were familiarized with NATO DEEP Strategy, and possible synchronous and unsynchronized courses and events. Experts had a chance to discuss with partners various areas of cooperation.
The main purpose of the workshop was to familiarize participants with possibilities of using e-learning platforms in military educational institutions. Tunisian side had the possibility to learn more about good practices in the field of distance learning in military domain. Another key item on the agenda was to familiarize participants with the tasks of the NATO DEEP e-Academy, presenting opportunities for organizing synchronous and asynchronous courses and events.
The team of experts is convinced that the knowledge from this workshop is of utility for the participants, constituting step forward using innovative tools in education.
