ADL directors meeting in Orlando

On November 27, a directors’ meeting was held, in which the NATO DEEP eAcademy was represented by Danuta Pietraszkiewicz and Artur Starosz, an overview of the NATO DEEP eAcademy team’s experience over the past year was presented, and priorities for activities
for 2023 were outlined.

It was pointed out how important the focus on VR technology and the further achievement of digital competencies in the NATO DEEP environment are in the implementation of tasks. The e-ICP program and its impact on comprehensive personnel training for military and civilian environments was presented from a wide range of offerings.

The new director of the ADL initiative Laura Milham presented the challenges facing the
initiative and outlined plans for the coming year. NATO DEEP eAcademy representatives met
with the new director and assured of their willingness to cooperate and implement joint
ventures.

Representatives of individual countries from the ADL initiative presented achievements and discussed current challenges in the field of education and training. General challenges include the implementation of VR technology and a focus on the implementation of multimedia materials.
