On 9–10 December 2025, an in-person coordination meeting was held in Krakow, focusing on the development of the online course for NATO and Allied civilian and military personnel. Designed as an Advanced Distributed Learning solution, the course is based on the Resilience Reference Curriculum (RRC) – as a structured approach to understanding resilience and its critical role in national and collective security. The online course, currently named as an e-RRC, will feature multimedia components and engaging, learner-centred activities aimed at enhancing participants’ expertise, knowledge, and understanding of contemporary approaches to resilience.
During the Krakow meeting, members of the NATO DEEP eAcademy Team and RRC designers worked intensively on the draft version of the final course. Participants reviewed individual modules, defined development priorities, and discussed effective ways to translate complex resilience concepts into accessible and meaningful digital learning content. The e-RRC course development activities began on 15 May 2025, with the launch of the final version planned for the end of January 2026.
