Representatives of the NATO DEEP eAcademy participated in the Global Partnership Network Annual Meeting in Orlando, where allies and partners reviewed current cooperation initiatives and shared key developments in defence training and analytics.
The discussions focused on three main topics:
- Analytics R&D in Bold Quest and Vigorous Warrior
Participants received an update on recent analytics activities conducted during the Bold Quest and Vigorous Warrior exercises, including progress in interoperability testing, data collection, and analytical tool development.
- Lessons from Ukraine: “Train While We Fight”
The meeting highlighted lessons from Ukraine, emphasising the need to adapt training during ongoing operations and maintain resilient digital training systems that enable rapid updates to tactics and procedures.
- MCDC Sustainable Military Training Concept
An update was provided on the development of the Sustainable Military Training Concept, along with plans for pilot testing two key outputs: the Commanders’ Guidebook and the Defence Training Resilience Maturity Model (DTRM).
The event underscored the value of multinational cooperation in strengthening training systems, interoperability, and overall readiness. The involvement of NATO DEEP eAcademy ensured that insights from the DEEP community contribute to these ongoing efforts.
