From May 12th to 16th, 2025, the NATO DEEP eAcademy team delivered the first edition of the “Advanced Content Creation” workshop, in Lidzbark Warminski, Poland.
The event brought together participants from six different Armenian Professional Military Edication (PME) Institutions for an intensive programme aimed at strengthening digital education capabilities within military and academic institutions. The workshop focused on developing practical skills in instructional design and multimedia content creation for eLearning environments. Participants explored key digital tools, including BigBlueButton for videoconferencing, CANVA for visual design, ChatGPT for AI-supported content development, Audacity for audio editing, Shotcut for video production, and Kahoot for interactive learning.
Throughout the workshop, attendees combined theory with hands-on exercises, drafting instructional scripts that will form the basis for new online modules hosted on the ILIAS learning platform. The event also promoted best practices in learner engagement, content structure, and the integration of technology into modern teaching. This workshop marked an important step in advancing the participants’ digital competencies and furthering NATO DEEP’s mission to support effective, modernised defence education systems.
