A new website for the NATO Bureau for International Language Coordination (BILC) has been launched (https://natobilc.org/) as the solution supported by the NATO DEEP and fully developed by the NATO DEEP eAcademy team. This idea was to deliver a modern, intuitive, and user-friendly digital platform that enhances access to BILC’s resources, news, and documentation for NATO member and partner nations.
Built with a focus on functionality, accessibility, and user experience, the new website provides streamlined navigation and improved responsiveness across devices. It serves as a central hub for language training experts, policy-makers, and defence education professionals worldwide. To ensure the platform remains secure and fully operational, the NATO DEEP eAcademy continues to provide ongoing technical support. This includes regular updates, the application of the latest security patches, and performance monitoring. Additionally, the NATO DEEP eAcademy team is piloting an innovative feature—the NATO BILC Assistant. This AI-powered chatbot is designed to assist users by answering frequently asked questions and guiding them to relevant content. Currently in its testing phase, the assistant aims to improve overall user engagement and reduce the need for manual support.
