Thanks to the improvement of the data transfer process, by the BBB development team, it was possible to migrate user accounts without sending an email regarding password reset. For security reasons, the system automatically forces a password change when you first log in to version 2.7. It is worth emphasizing that BigBlueButton 2.7 allows you to conduct live classes with even more extensive interaction. The platform now offers a number of useful features, including automatic transcription, improved screen sharing, and enhanced security. A particularly useful feature is a panel with statistical data (Learning Analytics Dashboard). The online instructor (lecturer) can record and assess the engagement of all students throughout the session and archive the activity record as a file. Version 2.7 has twenty+ features, including automatic transcription in sixty languages, saving session recordings in mp4 format, and the ability to change the screen layout.
