The NATO Training Technology Conference (NTTC) this year delved deeper into the theme of “Training for a Complex World; Innovation, Resilience and Interoperability”. The event was organised by the Allied Command Transformation (ACT), and hosted by the Hellenic National Defence General Staff (HNDGS), 12-14 September in Athens, Greece. In the conference took part about 150 people from many countries. The conference featured keynote addresses by esteemed professionals in the industry, panel discussions, interactive workshops, and rich cultural events. The main focus of the conference was to explore the latest advancements in training technology within the NATO community. NATO Defence Education Enhancement Programme (DEEP) eAcademy was represented by Marcin Jóźwiak, the Deputy Director for Academic Affairs, and Valerii Dobrohurskyi – Senior Adviser. During the second day, Marcin Jóźwiak gave the speech entitled: “Embracing the future: preparing educators at PME institutions to face the rapid technological change”.The conference was also attended by SMEs that cooperate with the NATO DEEP eAcademy, so it is important to emphasize also the participation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces with the presentation entitled: “VR for Officers’ Soft Skills Development” by Maksym Tyshchenko and Viktoriia Krykun.
