The NATO DEEP eAcademy Team has completed another event focused on the needs related to the NATO DEEP Iraq programme. The three-day, on-line workshop was held 11-13 April 2023. Two experts, from NATO DEEP eAcademy, shared the experience in running an effective virtual content production process. 17 participants, from the Iraqi Armed Forces entities, have been familiarized with the ADDIE model to provide a structured method of creating training programs. Also, LMS ILIAS platform’s virtual content production tool – SCORM, was presented The key objective of the workshop, to support Iraqi military institutions in digital content production was achieved. As the result of this event, some participants were nominated to attend in-person training sessions, to increase the level of competence and capabilities in the production of e-learning content.
