Workshop on Virtual Reality concepts, solutions, and trends within Education and Training, was organized at the National Defence University in Baku Azerbaijan. Training sessions were conducted in the Foreign Language Center of the NDU. The activity was preceded by an event organized in November in Katowice – Workshop on New Solutions in e-Learning, Implementation of VR, and Development of Integrated Learning Systems. During the workshop, participants were familiarized with the NATO DEEP strategy and current activities. During this event, the key point on the agenda was to present possibilities of using virtual reality in military educational institutions. Partners had the possibility to learn more about good practices in the field of virtual reality in military domain. It is possible to formulate the opinion, that the knowledge from this workshop will be beneficial for teachers for whom using of virtual reality in education is a novelty. The workshop could also be perceived as a point of departure for follow-up specialized training sessions. The team of experts is convinced that the knowledge from this workshop is of utility for the participants, constituting step forward while using innovative tools in education.
