In September 2026, two editions of the online workshop “AI-Powered Information and Knowledge Management” were delivered through the NATO DEEP eAcademy. The workshop is designed to help participants strengthen their ability to work with information more efficiently by using chatbots and other AI-enabled tools to support three key areas: collecting, analysing and organising information.
Participants tested different AI solutions, compared their capabilities and explored how they can support more effective information and knowledge management workflows. The sessions also highlighted responsible AI use, source verification and the importance of human oversight.
