From 24 to 27 August 2026, the NATO DEEP eAcademy, in cooperation with the Iraqi eLearning Centre (IeLC), conducted the Basic Virtual Content Creation Training for representatives of Iraqi military education institutions. The activity focused on strengthening practical skills in instructional design, storyboard development, and the creation of interactive learning content using Articulate Rise 360.
An important milestone was achieved – for the first time, the training was organised by the Iraqi eLearning Centre under the supervision of NATO DEEP eAcademy experts, demonstrating growing capacity to independently deliver ADL training.
The activity represents another step in developing sustainable ADL expertise in Iraq and supporting the gradual transfer of knowledge and training responsibilities to local experts.
