From 27 to 31 July 2026, NATO DEEP eAcademy conducted the ADL Capacity Building Workshop for Azerbaijan in Olsztyn, Poland. The residential workshop brought together five participants from Azerbaijan for a programme focused on Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) production and development.
Throughout the week, participants strengthened their practical skills in developing digital learning content, explored a range of e-learning authoring and multimedia production tools, and examined artificial intelligence applications that can support instructional design and multimedia development. The programme combined SME led sessions with practical, hands-on activities, enabling participants to immediately apply newly acquired knowledge and skills.
The workshop was organised in cooperation with the Institute for Research and Social Education, supporting the continued development of ADL capabilities among NATO DEEP partner institutions.
