In May 2026, NATO DEEP eAcademy successfully delivered two editions of the AI-Powered Information and Knowledge Management Course for participants from Ukraine. 12 participants completed the programme across two iterations, each consisting of four online sessions.
The course introduced participants to practical AI-powered tools that can support information and knowledge management in professional environments. Topics included the use of chatbots for information retrieval and content generation, Notion for knowledge organization and collaboration, and Whisper AI for speech-to-text transcription and information capture. Through hands-on exercises and discussions, participants explored how these technologies can improve productivity, streamline workflows, and enhance decision-making processes.
