The\u00a0Teaching Methods Workshop, focusing on the pedagogical aspects of ADL, took place online on November 18 to 21, 2024. The workshop was conducted by NATO DEEP eAcademy Subject Matter Experts (SME) for the Tunisian HMES institutions. Over four days, 15 participants came together to enhance their instructional skills.\u00a0The workshop\u00a0focused on introducing\u00a0participants to innovative teaching methodologies, blending online, blended, and face-to-face techniques. Key topics covered included Bloom\u2019s and LRH taxonomies, adult learning principles, problem-solving, critical thinking, and active learning methods. Participants were also introduced to the SARM system for integrating technology into lessons and explored\u00a0the use of\u00a0SWOT analysis to evaluate and select teaching strategies.\u00a0Throughout the training, participants engaged in discussions on motivating students and managing diverse classroom dynamics. They explored synchronous and asynchronous teaching approaches, emphasizing the value of mixing learning methods to enhance engagement.
