The event was conducted in a hybrid setting, while virtual lectures and panel discussions were live-streamed to participants attending the event in person in Kyiv and to other partner institutions in Lviv, Odesa, and Kharkiv in Ukraine. For the first time since the onset of the war in Ukraine, the event was resumed and took place from 15 to 17 October 2024. This was Mariusz Solis, NATO Defence Education Enhancement Programme (DEEP) who delivered the speech. He underlined that&#8230;<em>\u00a0since NATO DEEP\u2019s inception, we\u2019ve trained over 15,000 Ukrainian instructors and students in NATO techniques and methodologies.\u00a0NATO is committed to supporting Ukraine in both the short and long term.
