The symbolic ceremony was held on the 24th of September, during the Partnership and Cooperative Security Committee (PCSC)\u00a0meeting at NATO HQ in Brussels. The symbolic diploma was handed out by the NATO DEEP Coordinator &#8211; Mariusz Solis.\u00a0During the period of his activities (from 2007), NATO DEEP has seen tremendous progress in Advanced Distributed Learning and introducing innovative e-learning system solutions,\u00a0especially within Ukrainian HMES.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is Alan G.
