The tutors were Danuta<br>Pietraszkiewicz, NATO DEEP eAcademy Deputy Director, and Justyna Kowalczys, NATO DEEP<br>eAcademy Deputy Director for English Language Training.<br>Two synchronous BBB sessions were dedicated to a thorough analysis of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Synchronous teaching application;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Videoconferencing tools;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Benefits of synchronous teaching;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The planning process of a synchronous lesson;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problem management during synchronous teaching;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Associated tools used during synchronous teaching;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motivation and feedback.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The participants\u2019 active involvement in discussions, peer reflections, and good practice sharing proved<br>that just-in-time communication allows to build trust and create a strong community of<br>professionals, with further plan for international networking between military institutions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Within the scope of the e-Instructor Certification Programme 9th and 16th of December werededicated to Subject 5: \u201cE-learning specificity: synchronous teaching\u201d.
