The e-ICP program and its impact on comprehensive personnel training for military and civilian environments was presented from a wide range of offerings.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">The new director of the ADL initiative Laura Milham presented the challenges facing the<br>initiative and outlined plans for the coming year. NATO DEEP eAcademy representatives met<br>with the new director and assured of their willingness to cooperate and implement joint<br>ventures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">Representatives of individual countries from the ADL initiative presented achievements and discussed current challenges in the field of education and training.
