Its main goal is to create tools that respond to the real needs of the community. The key approach is to build tailored solutions: first by identifying users’ expectations, challenges and priorities, and then by designing AI-based tools that can genuinely support learning, work and cooperation.

One of the main goals of the DEEP AIx initiative is to create an Agentic AI LMS platform. This will be a modern learning environment using AI agents to support users in accessing resources, planning learning paths, finding information, working with educational materials and receiving personalised guidance.

In practical terms, the DEEP AIx initiative will focus on several key areas:

• dedicated AI tools and micro-applications supporting education, communication and daily work,

• the Agentic AI LMS platform as an intelligent learning environment,

• e-learning resources and video materials presenting practical uses of AI,

• pilot activities testing solutions in real educational and organisational settings,

• community needs analysis to ensure that future actions are based on actual expectations,

• support for the development and assessment of AI-related competences. The significance of the initiative lies in moving from individual activities and experiments towards a more structured set of solutions. The DEEP AIx initiative combines earlier experience with a more implementation-oriented approach. The aim is to create tools that not only demonstrate the potential of artificial intelligence, but also address specific educational and organisational challenges.

The community is at the centre of the initiative. Its needs, expectations and everyday experience will guide the development of future solutions. This makes the DEEP AIx initiative an important step towards a more accessible, practical and modern learning environment supported by AI.

The DEEP AIx initiative is both a continuation of previous work and an important step towards tailored AI solutions for education. Its ambition is to bring together the real needs of the community, the experience of DEEP AIx and the potential of Agentic AI into one practical and useful framework.

DEEP AIx initiative continues the work developed under DEEP AIx, focused on the practical use of artificial intelligence in education, training, competence development and knowledge sharing.
