From April 28 to 30, 2026, a three-day online workshop was delivered for participants from Mongolia, focusing on the use of the BigBlueButton (BBB) web conferencing system in synchronous teaching and training. A total of 41 participants attended the sessions. The primary objective was to strengthen participants\u2019 competencies in delivering effective and engaging online learning experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Day 1 focused on the foundations of virtual teaching, including the pedagogical shift required for synchronous environments and key aspects of technical readiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Day 2 emphasized hands-on use of engagement tools such as Smart Slides, the multi-user whiteboard, and Shared Notes, as well as collaborative work using Breakout Rooms. During the workshop, BBB was also successfully implemented within the LMS Moodle environment on the Mongolian side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Day 3 was dedicated to practical application, with participants delivering their own sessions, followed by feedback and a review of learning analytics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
